We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless there is an error on our part.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Please note a 15% restocking fee applies. Some types of items cannot be returned (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Return Procedure:
1. Contact us at sales@veldist.com to obtain an authorized return number.
2. We will send you a return form that you'll need to fill out. Please read the terms carefully. Make sure to clearly indicate the provided return authorization number on the shipping box.
3. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment as originally used for your purchase. Processing your return will take 3 to 4 business days from receipt of the shipment. Please note a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We'll notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Keep in mind that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
